This is a rental agreement regarding private accommodation (the “Rental Property”), specified in the booking confirmation, entered into between the Tenant (the “Tenant”) and the Landlord (the “Landlord”), where the parties have been introduced by the company Great Living i Jönköping AB (“Great Living”).
In conjunction with the reservation confirmation, Great Living is entitled to charge a reservation fee from the Tenant corresponding to 10% of the rental price. The reservation fee is included in the total rental price, but is not refundable in case of a cancellation.
Payment must be made in advance and can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.
Reservations made earlier than 90 days before arrival can be paid in several installments, where 10% of the amount (booking fee) is paid within 10 days from booking date and the final payment is due 45 days before arrival. Other payments can be made with 1-10 days depending on the time of arrival.
If the Tenant fails to pay the reservation fee and the rental payment in accordance with the provisions of the booking confirmation and invoices, the booking will be deemed to be cancelled and the rules regarding cancellation will be applicable (see “Rules regarding cancellation” below).
For the duration of the period of rental the Tenant is responsible for the Rental Property.
