The apartment offers two bedrooms spread over a double room with double bed (not divisible) and a single room with a single bed. In addition there is an extrabed in the living room. The living room has two sofas and a TV and a fireplace. In addition, there is a kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an extra toilet in the hall. For long term rentals, laundry room can be shared with the landlord.

Vore fint att ha tillgång till uteplats eller bord / stol utomhus när en hyr under undervåning på en villa på sommaren. Blir lätt lite instängt.

Mycket bra boende och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam hyresvärd. Det enda jag har saknat är tillgången till tvättmaskin.

Lägenheten var bra, lite långt från centrum för vår smak. Chansen är 50/50 att vi bokar den igen.

After completing the booking, we send you a confirmation to your email and shortly thereafter payment instructions for the specified payment method.
After final payment we will complement the booking with contact details to your accommodation/host.

If cancellation occurs :
- more than 45 days before arrival, the full amount of the price will be repaid, except for booking fee (10%).
- later than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the price will be repaid.
- later than 14 days before arrival, 20% of the price will be repaid.

The booking is paid in advance and can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.
Partial payment can be made if the booking is made earlier than 90 days prior to arrival. 10% of the amount is paid within 10 days and the final payment is due 45 days before arrival.
Other payments can be made by 1-30 days depending on the time to arrival.
A security deposit can be added after booking. The amount is not part of the cost and is refunded after inspection by the landlord, if no loss, damage or breakage will occur.
After final payment, address and contact details to your accommodation is sent to your e-mail.
The host will meet you at the accommodation, where keys and general instructions is hand over. Check-in is between 17:00 – 21:00 (5pm to 9pm) on the day of arrival, if nothing else has been agreed with the host.
Check-out is done before 12.00 midday on the day of departure, if nothing else has been agreed with the host. The keys are returned by agreement with the host.
