Strongly recommend! Absolutely no remarks about the flat - rooms, kitchen, bath - everything was perfect. The landlord - a lady - was very kind, met us on the bus station, accompanied us where was necessary and was thinking about the small things and elements which make you feel comfortable.

Greeting Great Living, I stayed at one of your apartments from 8-11 November while attending Elmia Subcontracting Fair. My first impression when meeting the landlord and seeing the apprtment was very positive. The landlord welcomed me very kindly and happily showing me everything I would require to have a happy stay there. There was everything and more. The location was perfect, it was about a 30 min walk from the fair, but the landlord was kind enough to even drive me there, seeing that I was in a hurry. The landlord was also very nice to me, brewing me some coffee when I arrived and introducing me to needed information for my stay there. In conclusion, the apartment and landlord were great and I plan to visit next year as well!

After completing the booking, we send you a confirmation to your email and shortly thereafter payment instructions for the specified payment method.
After final payment we will complement the booking with contact details to your accommodation/host.

If cancellation occurs :
- more than 45 days before arrival, the full amount of the price will be repaid, except for booking fee (10%).
- later than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the price will be repaid.
- later than 14 days before arrival, 20% of the price will be repaid.

The booking is paid in advance and can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.
Partial payment can be made if the booking is made earlier than 90 days prior to arrival. 10% of the amount is paid within 10 days and the final payment is due 45 days before arrival.
Other payments can be made by 1-30 days depending on the time to arrival.
A security deposit can be added after booking. The amount is not part of the cost and is refunded after inspection by the landlord, if no loss, damage or breakage will occur.
After final payment, address and contact details to your accommodation is sent to your e-mail.
The host will meet you at the accommodation, where keys and general instructions is hand over. Check-in is between 17:00 – 21:00 (5pm to 9pm) on the day of arrival, if nothing else has been agreed with the host.
Check-out is done before 12.00 midday on the day of departure, if nothing else has been agreed with the host. The keys are returned by agreement with the host.
