Allt funkade bra och vi är på det stora hela nöjda. Det enda som vi har att anmärka på var att lägenheten var väldigt dammig. Då jag har astma var det lite jobbigt. Annars var hyresvärden väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel vad gäller in och utcheck.

TVn fungerade inte i lägenheten. Det blev vi inte informerade om vid ankomst. Köket var bristfälligt utrustat. tex dåligt med bestick. Det vore bra om det i annonsen står att lägenheten är på fjärde våningen utan hiss. Vi hade inga problem att gå, men andra kan ha det.

After completing the booking, we send you a confirmation to your email and shortly thereafter payment instructions for the specified payment method.
After final payment we will complement the booking with contact details to your accommodation/host.

If cancellation occurs :
- more than 45 days before arrival, the full amount of the price will be repaid, except for booking fee (10%).
- later than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the price will be repaid.
- later than 14 days before arrival, 20% of the price will be repaid.

The booking is paid in advance and can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.
Partial payment can be made if the booking is made earlier than 90 days prior to arrival. 10% of the amount is paid within 10 days and the final payment is due 45 days before arrival.
Other payments can be made by 1-30 days depending on the time to arrival.
A security deposit can be added after booking. The amount is not part of the cost and is refunded after inspection by the landlord, if no loss, damage or breakage will occur.
After final payment, address and contact details to your accommodation is sent to your e-mail.
The host will meet you at the accommodation, where keys and general instructions is hand over. Check-in is between 17:00 – 21:00 (5pm to 9pm) on the day of arrival, if nothing else has been agreed with the host.
Check-out is done before 12.00 midday on the day of departure, if nothing else has been agreed with the host. The keys are returned by agreement with the host.
