Apartment with 3 rooms and a kitchenette with its own terrace with sea view. The apartment is located close to Axamo airport and only 10-15 minutes drive to Elmia. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two comfortable single beds. The second bedroom has a bunk bed in which one bed is 140cm wide and the top 90cm. In addition, there is a sofa bed, 120cm bed dimensions, in a small TV-room. There is also small kitchen with hot plates, microwave and a fridge.

Fick säga till om handdukar. Mjölk saknades i kylen. Otroligt dåligt vattentryck i duschen. Det framgick inte att \"lägenheten\" var på en gård på landet i annonsen på nätet.

What happens when booking?

After completing the booking, we send you a confirmation to your email and shortly thereafter payment instructions for the specified payment method.

After final payment we will complement the booking with contact details to your accommodation/host.

Cancellation policy *

If cancellation occurs :

  1. more than 45 days before arrival, the full amount of the price will be repaid, except for booking fee (10%).
  2. later than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the price will be repaid.
  3. later than 14 days before arrival, 20% of the price will be repaid.

Payment

The booking is paid in advance and can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Partial payment can be made if the booking is made earlier than 90 days prior to arrival. 10% of the amount is paid within 10 days and the final payment is due 45 days before arrival.

Other payments can be made by 1-30 days depending on the time to arrival.

A security deposit can be added after booking. The amount is not part of the cost and is refunded after inspection by the landlord, if no loss, damage or breakage will occur.

When arriving

After final payment, address and contact details to your accommodation is sent to your e-mail.

The host will meet you at the accommodation, where keys and general instructions is hand over. Check-in is between 17:00 – 21:00 (5pm to 9pm) on the day of arrival, if nothing else has been agreed with the host.

When departing

Check-out is done before 12.00 midday on the day of departure, if nothing else has been agreed with the host. The keys are returned by agreement with the host.
