Blev ett missförstånd vid avresan då hyresvärden trodde jag tagit med sig hennes sjal, löste sig dagen därpå då hon hittade sin egen.
Fin lägenhet, bra frukost.

The landlord, was nice but then internet didn\'t work the first night because needed a password and the landlord didn\'t gave. The second day the guest found by themself the password and use the internet connection. The feeling was like to be onder surveillance, in the kitchen there was a sign posted that wasn\'t working. So not really a good feeling maybe was the first time she rented the flat, in any case was clean.

Landlord was polite even she couldnt speak english. Down point was that landlord lnstructed parking place for my car, but in the morning there was 400 sek parking penalty waiting for me!

Ett problem är att det inte är flexibelt vad gäller ankomsttid. Jag var tvungen att göra upp om tid med hyresvärden för nycklar etc. Detta ställde till det då mina aktiviteter för dagen inte gicka att planera. /david
det skulle vara önskvärt eftersom man får betala hotelpriser att frukosten inte bara består av smör, bröd, och en gurka

Frukosten ska bestå av väsentligt mer än smör, bröd och en gurka. Både värd och gäst har innan vistelsen fått tillgång till en frukostlista (se frukostlista här) och vi får be att återkomma till dig efter samtal med hyresvärden.

After completing the booking, we send you a confirmation to your email and shortly thereafter payment instructions for the specified payment method.
After final payment we will complement the booking with contact details to your accommodation/host.

If cancellation occurs :
- more than 45 days before arrival, the full amount of the price will be repaid, except for booking fee (10%).
- later than 45 days before arrival, 50% of the price will be repaid.
- later than 14 days before arrival, 20% of the price will be repaid.

The booking is paid in advance and can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer.
Partial payment can be made if the booking is made earlier than 90 days prior to arrival. 10% of the amount is paid within 10 days and the final payment is due 45 days before arrival.
Other payments can be made by 1-30 days depending on the time to arrival.
A security deposit can be added after booking. The amount is not part of the cost and is refunded after inspection by the landlord, if no loss, damage or breakage will occur.
After final payment, address and contact details to your accommodation is sent to your e-mail.
The host will meet you at the accommodation, where keys and general instructions is hand over. Check-in is between 17:00 – 21:00 (5pm to 9pm) on the day of arrival, if nothing else has been agreed with the host.
Check-out is done before 12.00 midday on the day of departure, if nothing else has been agreed with the host. The keys are returned by agreement with the host.
